Between the dike and apple orchards, one of the most extraordinary restaurant experiences in northern Germany awaits (only until the end of the year!) in the Altes Land. At the ZeiT Genusswerkstatt, the Riewohlts serve a multi-course menu on select dates for just 16 guests – at the large table with a view into the open kitchen and over the orchards of the Altes Land.

Kerstin Riewoldt hosts the evening with great warmth and expertise. Guests can choose between carefully matched wine or non-alcoholic pairings that thoughtfully complement the menu. Upon request, the door to the in-house vinegar manufactory also opens before the cheese course – an equally educational and delightful glimpse behind the scenes.
Dinner can easily turn into a short getaway. Two apartments belong to the Genusswerkstatt – after the last course, you simply fall into bed and start the next morning with a walk or a bike ride through the Altes Land.
