Heimatjuwel

One of Hamburg's first addresses for new Nordic cuisine. Marcel Görke was part of the team that earned two Michelin stars at Süllberg. Here he runs his own restaurant: just under 30 seats, regional-seasonal natural cuisine. In 2025 this earned him a Michelin star and a Green Michelin Star for the first time.

The kitchen
Consistently regional: produce sourced exclusively from Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Lower Saxony, the North Sea and the Baltic, with the supplier for each course named on the menu. Seasonal natural cuisine of consummate craft, with a vegetarian focus.
What you should know

More

Host and sommelière Sandra Ureidat likes to pair the food with biodynamic and low-intervention wines too, opening with a Pet Nat. There are lovely discoveries to be made here!

Atmosphere

A bright, light-filled dining room in fresh pastel tones, pale wood, Scandinavian clean lines, a cosy chambre séparée. A sense of well-being rather than austere minimalism.

The philosophy

Vegetables play the lead role here. Not as a side dish, but as a composition in their own right. Whatever nature currently offers ends up on the plate. Farm to table, from regional producers, the best produce. Local here doesn't mean 'from next door', but 'from wherever it grows best'. A carrot counts for just as much as the finest cut of meat.
