What you should know

The kitchen

The menu bridges French classics and seasonal market dishes. Moules frites, steak tartare, French onion soup with cider and Comté, or homemade rillettes meet changing daily specials, cooked creatively and with excellent produce. Be sure to take a look at the handwritten wee

Atmosphere

Casual, lively and almost always full to the last seat. Inside you sit close together, while outside the blue metal tables count among the neighbourhood's finest spots. Booking is essential – especially in the evening and during the colder months. Those who turn up on a whim might, with a bit of luck, still find a seat at the bar.

Drink pairing

hampagne, characterful natural wines and a bar that has made a name for itself with unusual cocktails. The house cocktail "Monsieur Provocateur" is as much a classic as drinks made from historical recipes dating back to the early days of bar culture. A wonderful place to start the evening with a cocktail before dinner.
