The kitchen
The good bread with butter and anchovies alone is worth recommending, and the classic starters are equally promising. At Aéro, you're best off sharing everything, and be sure to leave room for the magnificent pizzas – classic or creatively topped – as well as desserts like the pistachio ice cream under a cloud of cream.
Insider tip
A visit here is also a must at Easter and before Christmas: wonderfully airy Easter colomba and some of the best panettone in the city come from the in-house bakery. In a wide range of varieties and elegantly designed boxes, they also make a wonderful gift for connoisseurs.
Atmosphere
Casual, Italian, young and lively. With an open kitchen, bakery behind glass and a cosy-modern interior. At peak times there can be waits, but it's worth it! With a terrace in summer.
