In the historic lamplighter's cottage right on the Isebekkanal, things are relaxed and warm. The small dining room by candlelight is just as inviting as the waterside terrace, which counts among the neighbourhood's finest spots in summer.

Das Ufer on the Isebekkanal combines wine bar, bistro, and neighborhood restaurant in the most wonderful way. Since 2011, it has been a fixture in Hoheluft, and since 2024, Anna Matusiak, Medet Cakiroglu, and Edward de Leon have continued running the establishment with great heart – as a place for families, dates, friends, and special evenings.
